Wanting to create a relationship with our new neighbours at Happy Ending, we decided to spend a Friday afternoon creating a piece of conceptual work for D&AD. Using the core medium behind the brand, the humble pencil, we set out to create and photograph the logo illustrated through shavings and lead. The main visual made it over to the walls at the D&AD headquarters on Hanbury street.
